Refund & Return Policy

Canceling Your Order
Order cancellations resulting in a full refund are only permitted within 24 hours after your order is placed.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your purchase (as indicated in the tracking information), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

-Shipping cost is not refundable
-All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

If your item arrives defective, please reach out to us ASAP with photo documentation.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email Hello@FeelGoodMama.shop with the following information:

-Order Date
-Order Number
-Product Name
-Size (if applicable)
-Reason for return
-Photo(s) of the product (include a photo of the inside, if it's a swimsuit)

We will respond to the email, and if the product is eligible for return, we will provide the return mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Not eligible for returns
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Additional non-returnable items:
-Gift cards
-Downloadable software products
-Some health and personal care items
-Herbs
-Crystals

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase, if we cannot locate your file.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
-Book with obvious signs of use.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you send an item back that doesn't meet our return or exchange requirements, and it is not eligible for return or exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to you.  We will send it back after we receive payment for shipping.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hello@FeelGoodMama.shop and we will provide you with the return address.

If you choose the wrong size on a clothing item, you can be eligible for an exchange, but will be responsible for your return shipping and subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Please refer to to the item you are exchanging to determine how long the new item will take to ship.

Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, please contact the gift giver so they can initiate a return or exchange.
